| Elcues FAQ's - Using Elcues Packages |
| Q1: How can I use the Elcues packages that I have bought? |
Ans: You need to follow these steps:
a. Logon to Elcues.com with your user id and password.
b. You are taken to "My Elcues" page. Your package should appear in the list here. Click on the list and start using your package.
c. If, for any reason, your package does not appear in the "My Elcues" page, contact our
Technical Support immediately with details. |
| Q2: How many times can I take the practice tests and the Cue-based Learning modules? |
| Ans: You can use Elcues packages any number of times during the validity period, which is the end of current academic year, eg, 31 March, 2009. |
| Q3: While taking a test, sometimes, the internet connection breaks and I get a blank page. How can I resume the test? |
| Ans: You need to refresh the page using the function key F5. This will bring the current page to your screen. |
| Q4: The navigation inside a lesson is erratic. I can not select some of the buttons on the page. |
| Ans: Pls make sure that you are using Firefox 3.0 or above. With internet explorer, some of the pages may not function correctly. |
| Q5: When I close the Results page of Practice Tests, I have to exit the lesson completely. How can I prevent this? |
| Ans: You need to scroll down the results page to find an "OK" button at the bottom. You should click on this button to close the Results page. |
